CASSETTE MICRO SWITCH COMPLETE KIT
When your Statim 2000 Tells you to Insert The Cassette, but the Cassette Is Already In Place, Then this is the Kit You Need To Fix It!
Here is what is happening: When the Cassette is fully inserted into the Cassette Bay, the cassette pushes in the arm on the micro-switch, which in turn pushes the button underneath the arm in
When the button is depressed, it sends a signal to the Control Board that the cassette is in place and the autoclave can now advance on to the cycle
So, When you are getting the "Insert Cassette" message on your display, even after the cassette is fully inserted into the bay, it is a safe bet that the Cassette Micro-switch is defective and needs to be replaced

TIP The OEM Micro-switch is held in place with two small Pan Head screws which are difficult to remove.
In addition, the compressor must be removed in order to access these screws.
However, the AllClaveParts Micro-switch comes with two Socket Head Cap screws which are easy to install or remove when using the Hex Balldriver included with this kit
The Hex Balldriver is designed to reach way back into the machine to easily remove the screws, even at an angle, and without having to remove the compressor (see drawing below)
Caution: Disconnect the power to the autoclave (unplug from the wall outlet) before servicing
