Tuttnauer 3870EA: All Lights Lit/Keypad Unresponsive

A Client Called With a Perplexing Problem With His Tuttnauer 3870EA Autoclave

All Lights on the Display Were Lit-Up and the KeyPad Was Unresponsive  

Here are the instructions from our Engineer:

1. Try using static safe processes remove the microprocessor chip and reinstall - cleans the contacts of any oxidation - may need the chip puller Part # RPT962-88561)
2. Try a power on reset - turn off power - hold STOP key and turn on power - hold STOP key for 10 - 15 sec and see if display and light reset
3. Replace Microprocesor (Chip)
4. Replace Predig Board
