Leaks At The Pressure Sensor Tubing

The pressure tubing tells the PC Board how much pressure there is in the chamber. While it doesn't happen often, a small pin hole can develop and make a big difference in the operation of the autoclave

To get started, you will need to remove the right hand side panel. This is done by removing the 2 screws located in the top, directly over the side panel

Remove The Right Side Panel

Once the screws have been removed, lift out the side panel and set it aside

You will immediately notice the PC Control Board

Remove The Right Side Panel

The pressure tube is located in the upper right hand corner of the PC Board. Run a cycle, check both ends for leaks and look for steam coming from a pinhole.

While you are there, inspect all of the other plumbing, looking for leaks. Remember, any leaks.... will cause the unit to overheat and trigger the error code
