For Use on Midmark M9 Autoclaves With Serial Number Prefixes: CZ, DA, DB, DX, DY, FD & OM), M9D (S/N Series: FF & FG) And Midmark M11 Autoclaves With Srial Number Prefixes ES, ET, FP, FR & GB), M11D (S/N Series: GC & GD)

Easy To Follow Step-By-Step Directions Included

This kit is required when you get the Error Code "009" and when recalibration is required.

Error Code 9 Door opens at end of cycle

Door is manually opened at end of cycle
Zero pressure potentiometer out of calibration Check calibration of zero pressure potentiometer Adjust zero pressure potentiometer

Door does not open at end of cycle Latch lever & pulse solenoid plunger mechanism malfunctioning Perform Midmark M9/M11 Door Opening Test

Remove any debris or buildup from latch lever & pulse solenoid mechanism.
Door pins and latch bracket not functioning properly Check for burrs on door pins and latch bracket in door Remove burrs; then clean and lube with lithium based grease
Zero pressure potentiometer out of calibration Check calibration of zero pressure potentiometer Adjust zero pressure potentiometer
