Guaranteed High Quality Tuttnauer Autoclave Replacement Parts

Part #TUV011-2074
Tuttnauer Part #03110003

SAFETY VALVE (37PSI)
  • Brass Body with Stainless Steel Ball and Spring; 1/4" Male Pipe Thread
  • Cracking Pressure: 37 PSI
  • Also included in Safety Valve Holder Kit Part #TUK054-2059
Fits: Safety Valve Holder

Model(s) This Part Fits: Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave

If you see steam escaping through the small holes on the base of the Safety Valve, it is defective and must be replaced.

There are two different Safety Valves used in the Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave. This one is rated at a "Cracking Pressure" of 37psi, while the other one (TUV065-2077) is rated at 40psi.

They are identical in appearance.

The only way to know for sure which Safety Valve Your Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave requires is to look at the rating stamped on the valve itself. You must replace the part with the valve rated the same as the one that is currently in the autoclave

Replacing The Tuttnauer 2540M Safety Valve

The only tool required is a wrench to fit the flats on the valve. Simply unscrew the old one and screw in the new.

Run a test cycle and if no leaks are found...you are done!
